Dave... I doubt the moves upward have much do do with anything but a few new buyers(BKP the exception) and daytraders that felt these stocks had bottomed out and were buying in . If you look at the volumes associated with those rather substantial price appreciations, I believe you will find them quite mediocre compared to previous rises in all the JVs this summer.

I think you'll see a trading range established where the brave and daring may make thirty or forty cents per share these next few weeks. Without any news reports of significance, look for another drop in all partners here over the next few weeks as those short term buyers of the past week sell their profits and look for another bottom. However, you should see higher lows and higher highs as we approach the middle to end of next month...then all bets are off, price appreciation will occur, and a new trading range will occur until BKP#1 comes in...Stephen (Of course, I didn't mention loss of value in the above scenario, but this too is a possibility)

Hi Dave,

I don't think I hit that nail on the head at all. In fact, I think I smashed up my thumb pretty badly !!!

Notwithstanding the Sept 3 press release by TMK which indicates "Shares issued 4,344,810", my calculations reveal that TMK will have 22,798,401 shares fully diluted. That's a whopping 5+ fold difference and it assumes that these last 800,000 shares of TMK have been acquired via a private "transaction" and not via a private "placement" !!!

So, HTP will hold only 1.96\22.8 = 8.6% of TMK fully diluted. And, I fear that the printing presses have not been turned off yet either. Oh my thumb is throbbing !!!!

Have a pleasant evening.

Later,
grayhairs

Hi Dave,

do you have access to the Stockwatch news?

In particular, I'm interested in knowing what that announcement of "HTP to acquire 16.8% of Trimark" is all about.

Thanks.
