SEC trading suspensions. The SEC has the power to suspend trading in any stock for up to 10 days when it believes that information about the company is inaccurate or unreliable. You'll find information about suspensions on the SEC's Web site That's why the dump is so special. SEC doesn't even bother to look here unless someone smacks them upside the head with a baseball bat. Would probably take 6 months and 10 million complaints to get an OTC issue halted....
