Hi Tony,

>>My neutral opinion, FWIW, is that RMBS has gotten way, way ahead of itself, for a
stock in a company with a zillion question marks. Risk/reward just not there for me.
Woops, does that make me not neutral?<<

Now didn't you say basically the same thing when RMBS was under 60? <vbg>

, but there are a lot of facts still missing, like performance of a PC with Rambus inside.

tony,
i like your posts...i have had you bookmarked for a while...these are serious questions.

do you think intel has performance data and comparisons?
can you conceive of a scenario where intel would back rambus if rmbs is inferior?

do you think ibm has performance data and comparisons?
do you think ibm would jump up like they did in june stating that they will produce and use rdrams if rmbs is inferior?

do you think dell has performance data and comparisons?etc.

sony...ditto

do you think it is possible that every one of these computer labs got it wrong?
tia,
unclewest

RE: <Fine, but there are a lot of facts still missing, like performance of a PC with Rambus inside. Also, Dan does have system experience from which to draw on what you call his "spins." How do you know he isn't right? Maybe Unc. only posts the positive-to-Rambus articles. My neutral opinion, FWIW, is that RMBS has gotten way, way ahead of itself, for a stock in a company with a zillion question marks. Risk/reward just not there for me. Good post, Tony. I think that we are starting to see a little tolerance for contrary opinion on this thread which may make us all better investors.
