I have no lawsuit and guess what Jr.? For all of $1,000 I can sue you for being an idiot and so can any other person or for that matter so can some fraud company. You think that stops me or anybody else from winning the game against bs companies? Well it might stop you, but you ain't a player, 'cause there is serious money to be made shorting questionable pigs. You show me a company that's sueing it's detractors and I'll show you unfocused management and a stock that's statistically going way lower. For every one of those bs lawsuits, 19 of 20 companies falls outta bed. They are great shorts, POS: Period, end Of Story.
