Unfortunately there aren't just "countries" that have them anymore..
now the paramilitaries like bin laddin I beleive have them...
I wouldn't want to ban nukes unless all the G7 and everyone part of the United nations destroyed (disabled?) their nukes as well....
yes I know...It's easier said than done....

I think Reagan's SDI initiative was ingenious it's a shame it was scrapped
