Do you really think all these 3rd world countries are going to fix their Y2K problems by the end of the year? Is North Korea Compliant? What happens if the Hang Seng and dozens of othermarkets crash because of the Y2K Bug? Wall Street would get hammered......

I wouldn't want to ban nukes unless all the G7 and everyone part of the United nations destroyed (disabled?) their nukes as well.... yes I know...It's easier said than done.... I think Reagan's SDI initiative was ingenious it's a shame it was scrapped
