I am nevertheless disturbed to find that the Calgary office is still closed for a third business day during inventory taking. I checked with the Alberta Securities Commission. They confirm that an extension of 21 days (expiring tomorrow night) was granted for filing the year end financial statements. The usual limit is 140 days, which took the company up to 18 August. The Alberta Stock Exchange apparently has this filing with the Commission as one of its own requirements, though presumably they do not ask to see the statements. Once filed with the Commission they are available for inspection on SEDAR (TCT files electronically, so they are available immediately).
