Has anyone here heard about FLAG? Partnership with NYNEX, Bell Atlantic and other UK members.

They are going to have Atlantic crossing fiber cable also, they say.

How does this impact GBLX? Plenty of room for everyone?

Nominal market sentiment is bearish, but my assessment is that it is complacent. Hell, I don't feel bearish, do you? This market has no gut feeling to it. You could only call it a charade. There are no apparent negatives and the popinjay's will tell you that there's just enough bad news for the market to climb a wall of worry. The problem with that view is that no one knows what news is bad because there is no news.
