I just realized that we are well past the one year anniversary of claims by AZNT that the judge is "any day now" going to sign a court order requiring someone or other to buy back those 4 million shares. Amazing To: Dean Dumont who wrote (106) From: Icabod Thursday, Jul 23 1998 11:50AM ET Reply #107 of 23846 I just found out that the court order wasn't released yesterday as expected, because the Judge needed more information to sign the order. That information is being provided this morning and the order will be released and delivered to JB OXFORD so that they can then implement the process of the buy-in's for the 4 Million shares.
