The stuff I found indicated they were operational on Europe etc, route, circa 1997 and only 6-7% of capacity then. Projected start of Atlantic Fiber was, I think, 1Q 2000.

Perhaps they are selling at higher price than GBLX. Maybe that was why Gary Winnick thought of opportunity.

Capacity demand increasing, small co. able to move faster.

GBLX fiber operational, FLAG still being built.

I should have bought GE! But I wouldn't be having as much fun. Adrenalin junkie, I guess
