Doug All of us have had to learn (some the hard way) by our own experiences relating to Thermo Tech. In time, I'm sure you will catch on as well … hopefully without the hard-knocks. It must have been frustrating for people who already knew the (real score) way back when. Moreover, trying to convince those with high expectations (like myself) that thought TTRIF was going to save the world from devastating waste consumption. Following due diligence, the technology blew my mind and I went for the green light. Never once thinking about management … that being my ill-fated sentence … which brings us to the problems at hand. You might want to consider these particulars concerning Thermo Tech and then reach your own conclusions. 1. Why do (so many) individuals from different parts of the globe all have the same convictions of our CEO René J. Branconnier? That being … unfavorable! 2. Why does all company News Releases fail to become concrete? 3. Why has TT's track record been the same? Constant and never ending dilution, heavy spending and growing outstanding shares! 4. Why does RB live in an extravagant life-style that far surpasses his yearly income? 5. Who compensates for all the boundless legal bills? 6. Why has every Joint Venture (JV) crumbled? 7. Why were the (Patents) yanked back in the hands of: René Joseph Branconnier, Robert Lester Jackman and Daniel Brian Cumming on July 17, 1998? A disturbing transaction! 8. Why were NON-registered shareholders (LOCKED OUT) of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) last October 30, 1998? 9. How can Thermo Tech do business when NO ONE wants to do business with René? 10. Isn't (Debt Forgiveness) a taxable income in Canada? Therefore a requirement to report Off-Shore earnings? If this deed is not rendered … wouldn't it be labeled an evasion of assets?! 11. Transfer Stations and Trucking Costs: Why the $750,000 increase in (RIG) expenses?! Who is receiving the Big Bucks … sure as hell isn't stockholders. 12. Why has the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) issued a (Cease Trade Order) against Thermo Tech if all is so taintless? 13. Branconnier is represented by a superior Law Firm (Ladner Downs). Why have they NOT been able to get the (Cease Trade Order) lifted if he is trying (so hard) to be compliant? 14. Why does RB continue to blame everyone and everything else for the hardships evolving around TT without admitting where the real fault lies … himself. He knows he has done wrong and is trying to protect his own rear-end. Which is in deep trouble BTW. 15. Why are there Thugs (René Supporters) out and about trying to convince people like you that all is OK and grasping for full approval? Thus turning hostile and threatening to those of us who will not accept the preceding listed details as just. 16. Why must certain (Heavies) post under 7 different aliases trying to brainwash owners of stock into thinking they will have a great future with René controlling Thermo Tech? If I sound harsh … it comes with the territory. You get that way after being shafted repeatedly. Our only reprieve now is the (BCSC) … which is Heaven for Shareholders and Hell in Handcuff's for RB.
