LOL, I lived there for a while. I lived in a total slum, but I remember staying with friends in a very grand place in South Kensington and noticing that even they hadn't been able to swing connected hot and cold faucets and decent water pressure in the shower...

Is S.Ca Santa Monica, Bel Air etc. area in a real estate bubble like N. Ca would you say? For example would you consider buying there now or would you wait? tia
