Stephen, I own some DIS and no SEEK. Yes, the stock price of SEEK has certainly been decimated. It appears that SEEK owners will receive shares in the GO network, not DIS itself. I have not been able to find the definitive terms. Wall Street abhors uncertainty, so getting shares in a yet undeveloped new venture, especially one spearheaded by a company that has been floundering (DIS) is not well received.
I personally think DIS is one of the great value plays here in the high 20s and have it as long term hold, expecting 35-45 within 1 year. If i owned SEEK, I would be tempted to take my loss and look elsewhere. JMHO. Larry
