this is always the case at a top.....

the safest way to make money in a situation like this it to hold mostly cash and buy back in at much lower level on a cost average basis....wheter it's INTC or any other big cap stock...

I'm now beginning to think that Paul Engel understands the wisdom of this as he has not disagreed with this approach so far
