Looks like the day the stock has to be at $1 or above and stay at $1 or above is starting on 9/15/99. Otherwise delisting happens on 10/1/99. I spoke to IR and they said they can still file an appeal which could stall delisting up to around Feb 2000. They also said they are working to close a deal within 2-3 weeks that should take care of the stock price problem, without giving a clue to who or what is in the works.

Has anyone heard of the Intel 'Strong Arm' chip? Supposedly FONX created some kind of chip that works in conjunction with Intel's chip, which supposedly no other company could provide? Sorry, didn't write fast enough to jot down the details of what that chip exactly does, but I think they said details are on Intel's and FONX's websites?

Also, they said a couple more deals are down the pike for the fall, which I think everyone has gotten tired of the projections that never came through for the previous claims of deals, alliances and whatever else they may have promised with a stated timeframe.

Looking for at least a double as the last attempt to get the stock over a buck by 9/15 gets underway. Get the money then sit back and watch the tale unfold.

Disclosure: currently holding shares aquired at 13/32.
