>>if it breaks 12 its an immediate buy, but it would have to break it solidly<< you know i am still waiting for ntct to break out solidly on volume ever since i pulled my buy @ 12 seeing it was falling on higher volume. we need new criterias for low float net stocks. even cybs/icge moved very quietly. quiet enough to just sit and watch but not do a thing.
