You make some good points, Michael. A hypothetical question. Would you say your phrase "given the technology of today" (and the better technology of future days) should apply only to women whose fetuses might have access to such technology, or also to, for one example, a poor Mexican woman who, an infant at her breast and a fifteen week old fetus in her uterus, hawks Chiclets in Tlatelalco Square to feed her five skinny little ones who lie lethargically at home waiting for her to return with food? In fairness, Michael, I would substitute for "fervent abortion lovers," "fervent abortion apologists." But that's a cavil. They would not be pleased with either of our descriptions in any case. I have to go get some work done now!
