Then you're having trouble seeing the forest for the trees. Assume no cover up: isn't the most important issue why these things are happening at all? Or don't you care (it seems that way) if the answer doesn't make Bill Clinton look bad. Why such violent police action in Colorado? Why do unarmed people get shot 41 times in New York? Why did Philadelphia firebomb a part of its own city? I suppose since these issues--the real issues--have nothing to do with partisan politics, you can't identify them as a concern. Your attitude seems to be: "Small children were tear gassed in Denver, but I can't pin that on Clinton, so I won't think twice about it (and the broader issues it raises)".
