Your wrong; there is currently only 522,000 shares outstanding on VGAMD! You post "Smak" and none of those filings will get the legends lifted! Besides the stock has already been pre-sold and will probably be bought back in Canada due to the above problem! The felons are all old Mgtment of VGAMD! Get your facts straight! By the way what happened to AMR? Didn't A@P work there?

A@P; I have been following VGAMD since interbet days. Since the merger with Virtual Gaming, all SEC reporting has stopped. I talked to the company and been told that the numbers will be reported soon. It's been too long! Lot's of deals are being made and they need something to pay with. That would be stock. There seems to be a misunderstanding about issued VS. authorized shares. The only current count available to investors is the count given after the F^&% reverse split. We will only know the truth when they start publishing data to the SEC. I am only long because the R.S. made my holdings not worth trading. PS: can we move these postings to the VGAMD thread??
