Aloha Agora, Owen and Company are full of B I G surprises, however for those of little patience the waiting seems to really mess with their minds....Just gotta believe in the theory that all good things are worth waiting for... SYD WILL deliver, but on their schedule, not ours. [:>)

AGORA, I am trying to research the effect that a subsidiary IPO has on the parent company. I would enjoy hearing your thoughts on spinning off a subsidiary with an IPO.

I ask this because it just may be that SYD is about to IPO it's new US corp, Sideware Corporation. At any rate SYD did not jump on the OTC BB as expected. I'm trying to get the feel for how a potential Sideware Corporation IPO may effect the SYD parent.
