Could you elaborate on "...just finding the % loss stocks..."? What did you mean by "% loss stocks"?

TraderAlan, what is it that causes the 'last hour run' on many stocks that started a run earlier in the day, (or even gapped up and ran) then settled down, and drifted lower , only to make a point or 2 run at end of day. Just curious as to the mechanics of this. Thanks , long time lurker.
