Somehow I was unable to find any mention of the role of Billboard Magazine, or its corporate parent BPI Communications, in this business arrangement. If you wanted to phone BPI in New York, and ask for their counsel's office, they might be able to verify that Hitsgalore has permission to use their proprietary logo.
