The color Billboard (TM) logo appears prominently in several places on the home page of the Hitsgalore site. Somehow I was unable to find any mention of the role of Billboard Magazine, or its corporate parent BPI Communications, in this business arrangement.

If you wanted to phone BPI in New York, and ask for their counsel's office, they might be able to verify that Hitsgalore has permission to use their proprietary logo. Here's a link with the phone no.:

BTW, out of idle curiousity, what would a publisher like BPI do if it were ever to discover that another company had pirated their logo? ;-)
