Carl Dill oversees the Corporate IT function directly and leads company-wide systems activities across Time Warner's operating divisions. Dill is also the corporate focal point for new media strategy and infrastructure development.

Time Warner Inc., the worlds leading media company, consists of four businesses: Cable networks, publishing, entertainment and cable.

Prior to joining Time Warner in late 1998, Dill was Chief Information Officer at Mc Donald's for sixteen years. Dill was responsible for systems planning, development and operations worldwide for the food service company, with operated nearly 25,000 restaurants in 110 countries, with more than $33 billion in annual sales.

Would be nice to get some more validation of the SUNW/ANCR
