I've been kinda poking around at security/crypto stocks in anticipation of a ride up this week, based on the events of the past few days. I come back home to SUNW though.

Here's a well timed new cross platform product (which should probably link from the main page)...

SunScreenTM Secure Net 3.0

Secure Business Network. SunScreen
Secure Net for Enterprise-Wide
Security.

Today, the focus in network security has shifted from
preventing attacks from the Internet with a single
firewall to providing security throughout the
corporate network. This paradigm shift is occurring
because network-wide security now allows large
organizations to utilize the Internet's full potential,
enabling new business models such as secure
intranets, secure extranets for partners, and secure
remote access for employees.

NEW SunScreen Secure Net Patch

Complete yet flexible security products that can
be deployed throughout an enterprise. A
complete offering is needed to establish
perimeter defense, secure intranets, secure
remote access, and secure extranets
anywhere.

Affordable security technology that allows it to
be pervasive throughout the enterprise. Only
when security is integrated throughout a
company's network infrastructure can a Secure
Business Network become viable.

Standard-based, proven encryption technology
for both security servers and multiplatform
clients. This enables secure remote access
and extranets without becoming tied to a
vendor's proprietary offering.

High availability for screening and encryption.

High-performance security servers for
encryption and computational overhead.

Host security for the platforms that the security
servers run on. Too often overlooked, securing
the host is critical.

<<" I don't know Mike. Ascii is an open standard. I can't see how that relates to Bill Gates.">>

Here JC, have a good laugh or something. Unfortuately I think some people are serious about this.
