Which--seriously--I think was the point of these. Simply reporting a telephone threat isn't very dramatic. So much better to have an actual, replicable document.

I suppose the author didn't realize how silly his efforts would look.

Well, if they don't have money to pay the auditor, they probably can't pay the newswire service either.

So maybe they will have to find a creative way to circulate news releases.
