The Slavs were becoming a minority in Kosovo? The place is 90% Albanian, and it's been that way for a long time. The Albanians moved into the place because the Serbs couldn't adequately develop it, and they used the Albanians as cheap labor, practically slave labor. In truth, it was the Serbs who were the true colonizers of what had become an Albanian country. The analogy to the US and Britain at the time of the Revolution is almost perfect.

And why would BC have any bad motives for helping the Kosovars? He's not running again? No big Albanian voting bloc in New York where Hillary wishes to run. No, this was a pure humanitarian mission to help a country which could have great strategic importance to us should Russia further destabilize. On this one, at least, BC deserves hearty applause, not condemnation. Don't forget--a US action is not automatically wrong simply because Bill Clinton approves of it.
