Nope; the stock has already been sold but the transfer Agent will not lift the legends until the financials are brought current! Just call Wolverton in Vancouver who's crying about having to buy the stock back in! Also VGAMD has placed a 30 day stop on all Cert's trying to be registered through Thomas Kernahan for improper 144 filings! Last Did A@P work for AMR or not? let alone own it at one point? In closing, I have no relationship with VGAMD other then I'm long! Better do better DD as this one is going to be a money losing short for you and your crew! <eom>
