I know these guys and they need money badly, very badly. There is a desperation element here that is being overlooked and Virgil knows it .SEC just started their stuff a couple weeks ago . It is a different game now. They might get a couple of buyins off but resell and just wait. This deal cannot do anything because the MO here is to issue stock offshore and hide it everywhere, ALCO only had 200,000 shares out, but the stock never got over 12to 14 as they kept easing stock into the market from every corner of the globe. These guys are as dirty as you get. This deal is a Huge short and Virgil is feeling the heat right now.
