Norman, There is no mention that the objections are required to be notarized.

One of the most onerous bankruptcy procedures to overcome is the lengthly exclusivity period normally given to the debtor in possession (DIP), during the bankruptcy process.

Objectors to the LGE plan may wish to request the Judge to waive the DIP exclusivity so that competing plans and other actions can be quickly activated. More on this later.....
