The DOJ case against MSFT is about free IE from Microsoft, and now I see SUNW doing the same thing. SUNW must know something about this DOJ case, otherwise it won't have the guts to throw the STAR OFFICE free . Maybe we are having a settlement in the making. The time when the first Mercede station equipped with NT OS is the time you will see SUNW starts to dragging down. With mercede as heart, and NT as the brain, and DELL's business model, SUNW will have a very difficult time down the road.
