DRBES, If you doubt him, tell the IRS and ask for a commission on what they get. They will go on a sniffing expedition and generate a huge amount of aggravation. Of course you may also get to be on the receiving end of an IRS sniffing expedition as he strikes back at you. In truth there is no way to hold anyone accountable for what they say and do here. A lie serves better than the truth as it can be crafted perfectly to the situation...as it apparently has been in this case. Bill
