Chris, I've been looking for an hour and I can't find that chapter and verse about "Thou shalt hate thy neighbor even though he is Christian because he isn't really a Really True Deluxe Christian because he doesn't hallucinate like thou and he must be meddling with witchcraft and listening to demons so he is useless and thou art perfect and he might even be a damned Jew or a Buddhist or like that." Where is that again, please?
