That is funny, A@P kep records and copied records from Russel A's little journal and when he got rid of R A, he 1099'd the brokers in 1993 that was 6 years ago and by the way, the IRS CID( criminal investigation division ) really did appreciate all those 1099's and A@P didnt scramble to do anything . He is the one that blew the case wide open , without him. Richards would still be on the street. Oh by the way, what Richards was charged with and what he pled to are two different things.
