E. Davies do you currently own ATHM stock? Just curious because you seem to be negative on it from the 2 most recent posts of your's that i've seen. By the way you never answered my post below. Here is a copy of it in case you forgot.

Please explain this: Excite is 1/3 of the company and there has been a 2:1 split since XCIT was trading. At
$33/share you are saying that the equivilant value of XCIT if it were still trading would be $200/share.

How would excite be a $200 share stock with my valuation of it at $33? Even though it did split 2 for 1.

Excite is 1/3 of the company of ATHM? Tell me if i'm not mistake but didn't ATHM buy them out completely? I
guess your saying that Excite doesn't mean much to ATHM's core business.

Also don't forget that rumors where that Yahoo was wanting Excite just recently. Also MSFT was thinking of
buying ATHM here a while back so they could get one of there top guys for there Internet business. I believe that
was in Business weekly.

Also the wave of the future of the Internet is high speed access. Most everyone wants it and it will come into
mainstream eventually.

AOL not using Excite anymore did hurt them, but they have been venturing out into the overseas market of late.

Your statement that Excite would be nothing without ATHM is wrong. How can you say that they wouldnt be
anything? Are you saying that there stock would be worthless?

If so then ASKJ is worthless not to mention LCOS. I mean you think no one out there would be interested in
purchasing excite?

I understand what your saying but you have to remember RR is letting you see what they want you to.

EXAMPLE: I once worked with a company that was a SMALL isp the couldn't compete with anybody. Many online and offline places printed that they had content & video deals with; MSNBC, Snap, AOL, Screaming Media, LA Times, Portal Video, ETC...

What they had was a deal to harvest 5 news stories a day off of Snap & other sites.

RR wants everyone to see the deals they are TALKING about but will any of them fall through?
