Well if there is something incorrect in those NASD records why doesn't A@P have them corrected? Now the NASD are the "CROOKS"? What's wrong with this picture? Doesn't it sound kinda strange what your posting? <eom>

Did he ever actually sue anybody, much less win such a suit? If so, that is a matter of public record, so perhaps you would be kind enough to enlighten me by naming just one. Thanks, not-Anthony.
