Hi Edwarda, no I never ran across MindMan, I have done quite a bit of work dealing with flow charting, Ithink, Decision Matrix's, Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) as well as conducted a lot of brainstorming sessions. And I would agree with your impressions. One thing, as a facilitator, I always feel the need to be conscious of is that women in general tend to not speak up as often, even when they have a great idea. Especially younger women when dealing with a lot of hierarchical issues. By the way, the person I consider the most knowledgeable systemic thinker with regard to stock selection and the market on SI is a women. And I bet 90% of the people she converses with thinks she is man. :-) Best, Michael
