Nobody here that isn't connected to the company knows the answer to that for sure at this time since the terms of this round of private placements haven't been announced (as far as I know.)

The question you should be asking is how many shares of common does the new preferred convert into as the price of the common fluctuates. There is where the answer to your question may be.
