You have to give the situation some time to normalize. Take a longer view. The Albanians cannot live with the Serbs (or Serb rule), and the Serbs cannot fairly govern the Albanians. Partition will allow each to pursue independent lives, and develop democratic institutions. By the way, bring the Amnesty International folk back to the mid-1800's, and ask them to write a report on American treatment of the Indians. It would make these few Kosovan incidents look like a day in Disneyland.
