I would like his efforts to be tempered by compassion, as many people who have these problems are not criminals as you and I understand the term. Speaking of Clinton, I am hoping that think week he withdraws his offer of clemency to the 19 Puerto Rican terrorists. He almost never has entertained a clemency petition, but only did so in this case so that Hillary might pander to the New York Hispanic community. For this reason and this reason alone, he would turn these murderers loose in our cities. We have to commend Rep. Vito Fusella (R-NY) for keeping this issue in the spotlight. Despicable (and scary).
