Seems to me one of the key Internet phenomenon is the fact that the category leaders carve out a very significant market share. Off the top I think of companies like MS, RealAudio, WinAmp, Netscape, AOL, AOL Instant Messenger, Amazon, eBay, Cisco et cetera, et cetera ......... I'm not saying this is a big negative as far as Infointeractive is concerned but just stating a fact.
