When a stock trades in the top 100 stocks per minute. It should peak your attention. The trade rate is a key indicator. The list is available in Qcharts. Now how did it get there? On 8/4/99, its 21 day avg volume/float exceeded 2.8%. It would have been on your watchlist. How and if you play it from that point is up to you.
