A friend who is a Mexican nationalist told me not to park in a parking garage when we went to Mexico last July. It's easier for them to break into your car when it's more private. It's also easier for them to monitor traffic. Most likely the thiefs were partnered with the attendants.

Sorry to hear about your loss. Hope you got some of that cheap lobster they're catching!!!

Same thing happened to me the last time I was in Hollywood. Junkies took tool boxes and stereo. Any thing that would hock at a pawn shop. Here, there and everywhere.

*********************************************************************

SSSW - held steady and still in quiet period. (not ISP but I own it)

MSPG - Rome and Art Bell have been pushing it. 90 million in advertising on the way. They have declared war on AOL. Good general purpose ISP and the fast boys are not delivering the goods yet.

STRM - Latin American ISP which will spread wings this coming week. Vast untapped market.

IIJI - Japanese ISP. Has already made a good run.

LIOX - Coming out of quiet period and lots of chatter about it. Could be the darkhorse candidate. Like betting on a 30 to 1 longshot and it comes in. Running with lots of others and the timing looks right for all. Affordable at $16

*********************************************************************

The theme here is obvious. One week it is broadband, next week it is wireless, next week it is chips, then biostechs, then linux (which by the way may be this week again) and now my guess is strength in the ISP's which are already selling. I even include AOL in this. Spread the wealth!

Jane, you make enuf trading to replace the cherokee with the stereo of choice. Next time rig it to explode!

Bill

p.s. - Market is back in session. Vacation is over. Thank God!
