The hole thing, sounds like A@P got it way over his head and cut a deal to get his way out! Secret Tapes, the normal every day person can not do it's Illegal to tape record people without informing them!

Federal & State court Judges never approve wire tap's listening devices, there are maybe 2000 in the entire Orange County approved! And these are for the most vicious suspects, (Drugs, Extortion, Mafia) not white collar!

When do you plan on revealing more about ZICA? I find it interesting that you, Pluvia, and Wexler are all negative on it. Obviously, your opinion on this goes back in time a little ways?
