Could you save me some time and provide a brief overview of what happened after Cardshark on Yahoo got involved with the investment banking side for the Company? He was supposed to bring the company forward to reporting. Also what about Robert Moody, is he still on the Board? Thanks in advance.

Zeus,

I only hope the SEC offers him something like restitution in lieu of prosecution or some such thing to get the funds back to the company coffers. If the funds are gone, it will take some time for the company to re-earn them, but from all I have been able to find out it is a viable business, still has a location, suppliers, customers, inventory, etc...Now all it appears to need is management.

Actually, it is hard to hide that much cash in such short order. There are quite a few methods available to track those transactions now a days. As for fates, I haven't a clue.
