Meteor debt settlement; stock options proposed Meteor Minerals Inc MMI Shares issued 15,454,820 Sep 8 close $0.23 Thu 9 Sept 99 News Release Mr. Jonathan George reports The company has entered into debt settlement agreements with two creditors, wherein the company will issue 89,025 common shares to settle a total of $20,476 owing, subject to regulatory approval. The company has granted a total of one million stock options to a director and an officer, exercisable at 23 cents per share for five years, subject to regulatory approval.
