That's a very thoughtful, and moving, expression of your views, and I respect it. I think there are many points with which I could articulate my disagreement in your post; but we agree in enough ways that I don't feel compelled to do it. My most fundamental desire is not to have others using the power of government to force their quite extreme stipulated definitions of what is or is not a "child," or "human being," on those who don't share it.(A "divided cell" is a human being.) If you visit the Liberal thread, you'll see that is the proposal of some.
