I didn't find AOL sticky. I just cancelled our family's subscription today. My wife, a computer novice, found it too
difficult and puzzling to handle. I, on the other hand can
access the internet at work or at home via my work computer
so I have no need of AOL. I understand that AOL has many
useful features. But they weren't apparent; you have to be
experienced to know where to hunt for them. You might think
that AOL would send a pamphlet to the new subscribers to
describe their goodies, no such thing.
