That's why it's so dangerous to get the military involved in things; they're trained for take-no-prisoners military action. Put them in Taiwan for a few "exercises" and pretty soon you'll find they've been shelling North Korea because Premier Dumm Dong, Jr. (or whatever his name is) is lobbing a few stray missiles around. Only a military man understands how to properly use the military and that's why a McCain/Powell ticket would be such a breath of fresh air in 2000.
