Michael ,

For a prolifer, those are hard questions indeed. If you desire short concise answers I am not capable. If you do not mind some thoughts and rambling I will try.

3. If abortion is made completely legal, mainly because it's a womens right to do whatever they want to with their own body. Is it also alright if a women decides for whatever reason to disfigure a child, remove it's leg, arm, or perform experimental drug tests on the fetus?

Disfiguring or injuring a child is the most serious of crimes Michael... are you confusing child and fetus here? And with regards to a fetus, how is it possible to perform experimental drug tests while still in the womb?

I think what you are trying to say here is akin to the old rollerblader argument, where a woman either deliberately or non behaves in a manner that causes a miscarriage. Maybe she should have known not to rollerblade, or maybe not but whatever, in any case this cannot be considered a crime legally I would think, since miscarriage is something that occurs naturally for a whole host of reasons (many of which are not deliberate on the part of the woman).

#1. First off I would change that to "woman and man" as it took two to conceive. It is a hard thing to say one could give the death penalty to a mother/father that decided to end their childs life. We, as a nation, have no problem looking at men like the lowlifes that dragged a man to death here in Texas, and saying "Death to them" . But we say nothing when a "doctor?" pulls all but the head of a child out of the mother, and shoves scissors into his/her neck and kills him/her, and it is called a "legal" abortion.

#2. No abortion should be made legal. As it stands all abortions in the US are legal, including Partial- Birth abortions. If you wish I can describe one to you.

#3 That wording "woman's right to her own body" is actually one of the biggest smokescreens in history. One, it let's the man off the hook (coward that he is) by him saying those very words. Secondly probably at least half of the children killed in the womb ARE female....what right were they given? IMO a woman or man never has the right to destroy life. The Lord gives and The Lord takes away...Blessed be the Name of The Lord.

Going back to question one. It is my opinion that if and when we learn to respect the lives of the unborn, AND when we turn from being a nation of self-gratification experts and wannabes, and become more chaste in our approach to life, THEN you will see such a drop in abortion it will make your head spin.

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
Good night

To my knowledge, no one is contemplating throwing the book at women who seek an abortion. Most proposals are directed at providers; in some instances, a charge similar to manslaughter might be lodged against the mother. In line with the greater uncertainty, I would not penalize the woman, and would be relatively lenient with the provider. You know, of course, my view on late term abortions, nor need I explain my view of pre- natal maiming....
