The portland appeal is heard next month (oct). not next year. Cool. Do you have any idea how long the process will be before a decision? I was under the impression it would take many months. As I understand it winning the appeal (which everyone expects) will only make the case go back to the same judge so this time he will be forced to hold a trial on the issue of Portlands right to force open access. That trial in the news could start the worrying all over again... This is truely pitiful. Eric
