lenn, I think your wrong here. What makes you think that Amzn will be out of $cash by this coming spring?
Most of Amzn's liabilities have been secured by stock, not $cash.
I think its safe to say that once again your right, but your timing sucks. Amzn won't run out of $cash until spring of
2001.

Morgan Stanley can always go back and get more. Unless this mania ends. Trust me on that.

The 10Q specifically states cash is being used for leasing and leasehold improvements of the distrubtion centers. I did not state Amazon could not raise more cah nor did I state this was a problem for Amazon. I simply stated a fact. The fact remains that Amazon will need more cash in about a year from now or sooner. I have no plans to act on this information.
